Ryan Zerwer joined Forward Community Investments in 2021 as the President and CEO. He is a successful entrepreneur, investor, and community leader with a proven track record of building and leading high-growth businesses. He is passionate about social impact work, and his extensive professional background in corporate finance, operations, technology, and real estate gives him a unique set of skills to lead FCI.
Having called Madison home for the past 20 years, Ryan is steadfast in his commitment to create a more equitable future for Wisconsin where all communities have access to the financial resources they need to thrive. In addition to leading FCI, he serves on the Board of Directors for Goodwill Industries of SC Wisconsin and Porchlight Foundation. He resides with his wife Rachael and their two daughters on Madison’s west side. In his free time, he enjoys cycling and paddling in the Boundary Waters Wilderness Area in Minnesota.
