Jorge Barreiro Partners With FCI in Inaugural Hispanic Collaborative Emerging Developer Loan Fund Deal
Forward Community Investments (FCI) is proud to partner with Barreiro & Associates, LLC to provide funding for the purchase and rehabilitation of a single-family home located at 4334 N. 89th St. in Milwaukee as part of FCI’s Hispanic Collaborative Emerging Developer Fund (HCEDF). This home will be renovated and made available to purchase for a first-time home buyer in the Milwaukee area.
The HCEDF aims to support Hispanic-led real estate development companies, organizations, developers, and investors in the greater Milwaukee area. It was created in partnership with the Hispanic Collaborative, a nonprofit organization that supports Hispanic entrepreneurs and businesses throughout Wisconsin.
